A pre-finished aluminum window frame system integrates with rigid insulation installed between mullions at the exterior wall junction. A smoke seal and fire stop with fire spray fill the joint adjacent to the floor slab edge. The assembly maintains continuous thermal insulation and required fire separation at the window perimeter.
