A six-inch cold-formed metal stud header frames the top of the wall assembly, with batt insulation installed within the stud cavity. The exterior face is finished with metal panels incorporating a drip edge at the lower boundary. The interior side is lined with five-eighths-inch gypsum board and interfaces with a scheduled ceiling as indicated on the reflected ceiling plan.
