Metal louver blades bear on an aluminum sill flashing resting over a concrete wall. Shims are placed as required beneath the louver frame, which is secured to the concrete wall as per the Notice of Acceptance. A continuous backer rod and sealant seal the joint around the window frame on the interior side. An insect screen is positioned behind the exterior building line per the manufacturer's specifications.
