A removable six-inch diameter steel pipe bollard with an outside diameter of six point six two five inches sets inside an eight-inch diameter double-extra strong steel pipe sleeve with an inside diameter of six point eight seven five inches. The removable bollard features a one-quarter inch steel cap welded at the top with a one-half inch diameter lifting lug welded to the cap plate. The outer steel sleeve is embedded two feet into a concrete footing beneath the slab. The bollard extends four feet above the finished floor level.
