This assembly features a sheet metal coping profile installed over the top of a tilt-up concrete monolithic panel. The coping is secured to the concrete parapet using a threaded anchor bolt with a nut and washer assembly. A water-resistive barrier is applied to the exterior face of the concrete panel, while a single-ply roofing membrane extends up the interior face. Sealant is applied at the drip edges of the sheet metal coping where it meets the concrete wall faces to ensure a weather-tight termination.
