A hollow structural section steel framing member penetrates a single-ply membrane roofing system and protection board over rigid insulation and concrete fill on metal deck. A square thermoplastic polyolefin split pipe boot seals the roof penetration with a stainless steel draw band clamp positioned at the center of the side tubing. A continuous bead of compatible sealant applies at the upper junction beneath a flanged post roof screen. The structural steel framing rests on a base plate welded to the underlying beam and supports a wide-flange post roof screen secured with bolted plate connections.
