A glazed timber curtain wall with an aluminum-clad exterior connects to the building envelope at the jamb assembly. A weather-resistive barrier and a foil-faced self-adhesive membrane provide continuous moisture and air sealing along the transition. A backer rod and sealant joint seal the perimeter gap between the timber framing and the adjacent wall construction.
