An HSS 8x8 hollow structural section column serves as the primary support, positioned along the center line of the screen. A W8 structural post extends beyond, connected via a WT5x15 structural tee at each end with typical spacing. An L8x8 angle is attached per plan to support components provided by the screen manufacturer. Fillet welds of 1/4 inch and 5/16 inch size secure the steel members typically top and bottom.
