A structural tie-rod or tension member with a clevis and pin assembly connects to a concealed anchor plate or bracket secured behind the curtain wall framing. Bolts fasten the internal mounting plate to the structural backup. The angled rod transfers canopy loads back to the primary building structure through the glazing line.
