A scheduled partition meets a concrete floor assembly finished with either carpet tile or resinous flooring. A resilient wall base is applied at the partition face above the floor finish. In configurations with fiberglass reinforced plastic, the panel extends down to meet the resilient wall base at the resinous flooring transition.
