Three-quarter-inch rungs weld to vertical flat bars with a quarter-inch fillet weld at each connection. Three-eighths-by-three-inch flat bars at two places feature a bent leg anchoring at the floor level. One-half-inch expansion bolts secure each flat bar to the concrete floor slab.
