An aluminum curtain wall system interfaces with a concrete floor slab over a metal deck at the fourth floor level. A pre-finished spandrel panel is integrated into the curtain wall system below the slab edge. Perimeter firesafing with a supporting metal angle seals the gap between the curtain wall and the concrete slab edge. The floor slab is supported by a structural steel beam running parallel to the exterior wall.
