A glass panel rail system secures a one-half-inch tempered butt-glazed glass panel at the floor sill between a steam room and wet spa. The rail system is anchored to the structural slab with expansion anchors through a mortar bed and a floor finish over a waterproof membrane. Backer rod and sealant are applied to both sides of the base assembly.
