This wall corner detail features a one-by-one-inch by one-eighth-inch stainless steel angle and a three-quarter by three-quarter by one-eighth-inch stainless steel angle with a square edge framing the outside corner. A one-eighth-inch thick stainless steel plate and shims sit beneath the base transition. Cementitious backer units and metal framing support scheduled tile set in medium bed mortar. A J-mold edge trim finishes the adjacent gypsum board surface.
