This assembly features a standing seam metal rainscreen mounted on clips over a wall assembly and a vertical parapet. The roof membrane, identified as FAF-1, extends over the top of the parapet and laps onto the roof deck, where it is covered by an SBS-1 roofing layer. A metal perimeter angle diverter is set in a compatible adhesive bed at the roof edge, terminating flush with the parapet wall. The parapet cap consists of a metal standing seam 90-degree trim piece that covers the top of the wall and the adjacent metal paneling. A water-resistive barrier, WRB-1, is installed behind the rainscreen, while the interior side of the parapet is supported by framing sized per structural requirements.
