This assembly provides an air-tight seal between the underside of a metal roof deck and the top of a penthouse partition wall. Premanufactured deck enclosures are installed within the deck flutes to block air passage. An air-tight flute filler is applied to ensure a continuous seal at the intersection. The metal roof deck is specified to extend beyond the limits of the partition wall to accommodate construction variances.
