Cold-formed metal framing details illustrate a wall head slip track connection and a c-channel sill assembly. The wall head incorporates a slip track secured to metal studs using a slip clip fastened with two number ten screws on each side. The sill detail features double king studs spaced at sixteen inches on center connected via a straight clip with two number ten screws. A c-channel track is trimmed and its tab is bent in the field as required to connect directly to the stud with number ten screws.
