A curtain wall head interfaces with an overhead precast concrete panel and a painted metal lintel. The joint between the aluminum framing and the concrete assembly is sealed with backer rod and silicone sealant. A bolted connection secures the aluminum curtain wall frame beneath the precast panel and lintel assembly.
