A painted metal coping with a substrate sits atop the roof crown, tied back with a water-resistive barrier over exterior sheathing. A painted aluminum panel extends down the face of the assembly, supported by a structural steel bent plate. Continuous flashing is provided by the curtain wall manufacturer. The top of the coping reaches a reference height of 5 feet 6 inches above the lower datum.
