A structural steel column for a ladder-mounted fall arrest system is anchored to a concrete slab with a one-half-inch steel base plate secured by four five-eighths-inch diameter by six-inch Titen HD anchors. The column is framed with typical studs and a continuous bottom track. An extendable pole with a fall arrest hook point attaches to the ladder assembly.
