A hollow metal frame is filled with closed-cell spray foam insulation and finished with paint. A fluid-applied air barrier is applied to the adjacent substrate per specifications and backed by closed-cell spray foam insulation. A drywall 'F' reveal is installed at the gypsum board intersection, and exterior sealant is applied at the frame perimeter joint.
