A 1/4-inch stainless steel plate connects to a 3/16-inch stainless steel plate using a 1/8-inch fillet weld. Fully threaded 3/8-inch by 1-inch long stainless steel weld studs are spaced at 1 foot and 1/8 inch on center to provide insulation captivation. The opposite side is similar but mirrored. Key dimensions include a 1 foot and 1/2 inch main height, a 5-inch flange height, and 3-5/8 inch and 3-inch horizontal dimensions.
