The scheduled louver and frame assembly is mounted within a concrete opening featuring a three-quarter inch typical chamfer at the perimeter. A sill pan is positioned below the louver frame to manage moisture. An insect screen is secured across the interior face of the louver. The perimeter joint between the louver frame and the concrete substrate is sealed with a backer rod and sealant.
