A grab bar is mounted to a metal stud framed partition using a grab bar bracket with a cover plate, secured with metal wedge anchors. The wall assembly consists of a six-inch sixteen-gauge unpunched metal stud with blocking, finished with a fiber-reinforced plastic wall panel. The installation provides a two-inch clear space from the wall surface to the bar. For stud framing elevations, refer to the architectural drawings.
