A four-and-a-quarter-inch concealed sprinkler head integrates into a suspended ceiling assembly with a one-inch clearance on each side. Oversized holes are not required at sprinkler heads equipped with flexible fittings. The drop pipe connects to a threaded fitting above the ceiling grid and drops down through the ceiling tile penetration. A one-by-one-and-a-half-inch angle supports the adjacent framing.
