A 1 1/2-inch outer diameter steel pipe handrail is mounted to a concrete panel using a handrail bracket with concealed expansion fasteners at the top, bottom, and intermediate locations as required to meet code. The handrail features return ends to the wall and is supported at a height of 3 feet 0 inches to the top of the tread, providing a 1 1/2-inch clearance from the wall surface. A metal spacer separates the bracket from the mounting plate anchored into the concrete wall.
