A reinforced membrane roof assembly bears on roof sheathing and wood roof trusses sized per structural drawings. Rigid insulation sits atop the sheathing, overlaid with a reinforced roof membrane. A fastener and fastener plate secure the membrane lap, installed per the manufacturer's recommendations. Sealant is applied at the lap joint maintaining a minimum one and a half inch overlap and a half inch clearance.
