A minimum half-inch diameter hole is core drilled to full depth at the inside corner before making saw cuts for the wire guide. The core drilled hole is filled with ten-minute mender mixed with silica sand prior to saw cutting. Saw cuts extend outward from the corner without overcutting the intersection.
