A concrete wall panel sits adjacent to an overhead door as specified per the door schedule. A continuous weather seal lines all sides of the door opening. A prefinished safety yellow wall and floor mounted track guard, Trak-Sentry model TS48HD or equal, anchors to the wall and floor to protect the door track from impact. The concrete wall panel features a 3/4 inch offset at the jamb interface.
