This stair landing detail features poured-in-place concrete over steel pan treads or precast concrete treads supported by landing pan support angles as required. The assembly is framed by a steel channel stringer or steel plate stringer, which ties into the stair layout. A minimum zero-foot zero-and-one-half-inch clearance is maintained from the finish face of the wall where it occurs, with a one-and-one-half-inch vertical dimension noted.
