A scheduled partition type meets a structural buckling-restrained brace and its associated structural angle at a mechanical shaft. Continuous flexible rated sealant is applied at the joints between the partition and the brace assembly on both sides. The partition framing and wallboard terminate cleanly against the angled structural member.
