A standard concrete sidewalk assembly consists of a five-inch concrete slab reinforced with six by six number six welded wire fabric. The slab rests upon a six-inch layer of processed aggregate base, which is supported by a prepared subgrade. A note specifies that all sidewalks must have a maximum cross slope of two percent.
