An underground clean-out assembly connects to a main line via a forty-five degree wye and an eighth bend. The vertical riser terminates with a ferrule and plug, positioned directly beneath a Christy number seventy-one C eighteen or equal solid cover. A Christy number V dash nine precast concrete box houses the upper portion of the assembly at grade. A blind plug is installed at the beginning of the line.
