An aluminum reducer threshold bridges the transition between linoleum flooring and an adjacent concrete floor at a doorway. The reducer features a one-to-two slope designed for a one-half-inch maximum rise. Both the linoleum flooring and the concrete floor are installed as scheduled. The door assembly is positioned above the transition point.
