A concrete pad with a haunched thickened edge transitions to a foundation stem, set adjacent to existing asphalt paving or similar verified in field. The slab is reinforced with number four bars at twelve inches on center each way top and bottom, maintaining a two-inch clearance to the face of the concrete. A wall attachment provided by the manufacturer anchors into the top of the concrete pad. The slab features a broom finish with tooled edges.
