A downspout protection assembly features a twelve-inch square downspout enclosed by a one-quarter-inch thick bent steel plate guard. The bent plate is secured to the concrete panel using three-eighths-inch diameter expansion anchor bolts arranged vertically along each side flange. A drainage opening at the base is positioned above the finished surface and requires protection where the drain is located between dock doors.
