Conduit or tubing passes through an interior wall or ceiling framed with metal studs or grid framing per plan. A continuous vapor retarder backs the PVC interior wall or ceiling panel. The conduit is supported internally by a galvanized steel routing clamp equipped with a rubber cushion when mounting tubing, located at the metal studs. A one-piece metal escutcheon covers the penetration and is sealed all around with sealant.
