The assembly features a reflectorized galvanized steel sign with a porcelain finish and beaded text mounted on a 3-inch square anodized aluminum sign post and tubular sleeve. The tubular sleeve fastens to the post with two theft-resistant screws on each side and is tack welded to the sign panel with the weld ground smooth to prevent exposed fasteners on the face. A supplemental minimum fine sign is mounted beneath the main panel in compliance with accessibility codes. The post extends downward into a sidewalk or asphalt concrete paving and a concrete pier foundation.
