An elastomeric pipe boot flashing membrane seals around a round or square roof penetration with a minimum flash height of eight inches required by the manufacturer. The membrane secures at the top with a stainless steel pipe clamp and bead of sealant. The base secures to the roof assembly using compatible fasteners spaced at six inches on center and sealed with a hot-air welded base flashing and additional sealant.
