A markerboard with integral trim is mounted to a concrete masonry unit wall using one-quarter-inch-diameter by two-and-a-half-inch-long Hilti Kwik Hus-EZ concrete screws spaced at twenty-four inches on center with two-and-a-half-inch embedment. A map rail with a cork insert is secured at the top of the assembly. A marker tray with end plates is positioned at the bottom, set to a height of three feet four inches to the finished floor with a maximum four-inch projection.
