A stair landing edge connection incorporates a steel plate welded directly to the landing edge. The plate is notched at the ends for mesh attachment with a one-and-three-quarter-inch offset dimension and a three-eighths-inch vertical thickness. The assembly ties into concrete fill indicated by specification section zero-three thirty hundred and structural metal framing denoted by section zero-five thirty hundred.
