A structural steel tube frames the sliding door assembly. Shims and fasteners install as required between the prefinished clear anodized aluminum enclosure and the supporting steel tube. Perimeter joints receive a backer rod and joint sealant at both the interior and exterior interface. The overall jamb depth measures 7-1/4 inches with specific dimensional clearances defined for the aluminum framing components and door schedule openings.
