The infill assembly spans across the opening where an existing structure is to be demolished. New wood framing and new plywood sheathing tie into the existing wood roof framing and existing plywood deck as specified by structural requirements. Above the deck, layers of rigid insulation and coverboard provide the required thermal performance and substrate. A continuous thermoplastic polyolefin membrane seals the top surface of the roof infill.
