A foundation wall assembly transitions to a slab condition with exterior waterproofing and drainage layers. A foundation drainmat and bentonite panel are applied against the earthside foundation wall above granular fill and a vapor barrier. Edges and seams of the vapor barrier require twelve-inch laps taped with approved seam tape per the manufacturer. Framing is provided per architectural specifications, and drainage recommendations follow the geotechnical report.
