A curtain wall assembly meets the perimeter of a radiant floor slab over rigid insulation. The curtain wall framing bears near the slab edge, with perimeter sealant and backing at the joint. A radiant heating pipe is embedded within the concrete slab above the insulation layer. Vertical thermal insulation separates the slab edge from the exterior assembly.
