The assembly features a chain link fabric with three-eighth-inch mesh size secured to two-inch chain link line posts and two-and-seven-eighth-inch Schedule 40 chain link terminal posts using aluminized steel ties at twelve-inch spacing. A one-and-five-eighth-inch top rail and a brace rail tie the posts together, supported by steel mid-rail clamps and a three-quarter-inch round truss rod with a turnbuckle for bracing. Terminal extensions at the top hold three strands of barbed wire spaced at six inches on center vertically. Posts are embedded into concrete footings.
