This assembly features a two-inch insulated metal frame pass-through integrated into a security fence system to facilitate generator fueling operations. The pass-through is positioned above a one-and-five-eighths-inch schedule 40 galvanized bottom rail. The fence system utilizes two-and-seven-eighths-inch outside diameter schedule 40 terminal posts as typical vertical supports. A one-quarter-inch metal swing gate with a security lock is provided for access control between the secure and unsecure sides of the yard.
