A bicycle rack is surface-mounted to a twelve-inch diameter round concrete footing and secured with a six-inch minimum by one-half-inch diameter anchor bolt. The rack is set at finish grade after the installation of stabilized decomposed granite paving over an aggregate base. The concrete footing bears on compacted subgrade, with dimensions indicating depths and thicknesses for the paving layers and footing embedment.
