A four-foot valley gutter is cast from Type 1 concrete over a Class II aggregate base with a four-inch minimum depth matching the street subgrade. The gutter section has a total width of four feet divided into two twenty-four-inch slopes draining toward a central flowline with a one-and-a-half-inch rise at the edges. Three number four grade forty rebar lines run continuously with tied twenty-four-inch overlaps positioned three inches above the bottom of the concrete.
