An acoustical ceiling tile system terminates at an aluminum storefront spandrel assembly with a black finish sound barrier trim cap by Mull-It-Over providing an STC 60 rating. Gasket infill material is positioned on the top and bottom of the trim cap where it meets the opaque spandrel panel. Spandrel-mullion compression plates and compression seals secure the connection against the mullion profile. The ceiling grid is suspended independently and ties into the framing per the architectural schedule.
